Happy New Year!
Today the Chinese year of the rabbit starts. Great, because the Rabbit symbolises graciousness, good manners, sound counsel, kindness and sensitivity to beauty!
The ferocious energy of the Chinese year of the Tiger has come to an end and what a year!
Great changes for most of us as what was in the way of our growth got highlighted.
Many of us had to deal with releasing fear (or other disempowering emotion) that was locked in our body, in our DNA
We all in our way did that cleansing that is so essential for the earth right now. Cyclone Yasi is finishing it off
It is now clear that our generation as well as our children are here to heal family patterns. So many opportunities of healing around us!
Therapy has now become common and accepted, it is not “shameful” anymore or a sign that “something is wrong” with us when we go consulting. It is now the pro active dealings of “conscious parents and conscious parenting” and the choice of every individual in search of inner peace, freedom and a better life.
Are we now reaching the critical mass of responsible individual for whom the priorities in their lives has changed?
When enough people change their way of thinking it has a repercussion on the climate of the planet. Isn’t wind (air), water and fire the best way to purify the earth and us human beings? How well do we feel when we are in the water, in front of a fire of breathing freely?
Have you noticed that each catastrophe, may they be natural (cyclone Yasi, Bush fires, unusual temperatures) or man made (Sept 11), brings people together?
It helps us connect with our heart where our true nature is. Isn’t that the goal?
To let go of what prevents us of being at ease with ourselves and joyful, of being creative and creating our lives the way it serves us best and therefore the people around us.
The year of the Rabbit is starting today (February 4 2011-January 2012) with a very different energy. It is a calm almost soothing energy where our nervous system can rebuild after the terrible Tiger. It is also a time of change but we should be able to catch our breath.
Providing that our energy is in balance, money, problem solving and patience should prevail.
It is a great year for cosmetic surgery (not that any if us needs it!) and self help plans!
Go to your heart and truly feel what is it you want to achieve this year.
